Delray Beach, FL— The American IV Association (AIVA), the leading professional organization dedicated to the excellence and safety of the intravenous therapy industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Teague, APRN, FNP-BC, to its executive team.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Teague brings a vital clinical perspective to AIVA’s executive operations. Her appointment comes at a strategic moment as the association accelerates its Q1 roadmap, focusing on the intersection of clinical safety and business operational excellence.

Bridging Clinical Expertise and Executive Oversight

Teague will lead the charge on several high-priority projects designed to standardize and elevate the IV therapy profession:

· Clinical Certification for IV Therapy: Leveraging her background as an NP, Teague will oversee the creation and launch of a new clinical certification, ensuring the curriculum meets the rigorous demands of modern practice.

· Business Certification & Education: Teague will manage the promotion of AIVA’s established business certification and spearhead the rollout of a new business education platform. This involves high-level oversight of integrations with key industry vendors, including Florida Healthcare Law Firm, GuardianMD, Sertain Creative, Healthcare Accounting Solutions and other top-tier partners.

· Committee & Publication Initiatives: She will provide executive support to AIVA’s committees, facilitating the development of industry publications that shape the future of the field.
